Garden Lights Holiday Nights at Atlanta Botanical Garden Review AND a Family-4-Pack Ticket Giveaway! {Contest Ended 12/16}

Congratulations Elisabeth!Atlanta Botanical Garden Garden Lights Holiday NightsMy family went to Atlanta Botanical Garden’s newest special exhibition, Garden Lights Holiday Nights, an inaugural display featuring nearly 1 million lights, this weekend and talk about WOW!  There are some great Christmas light exhibits around Atlanta this year and this is one to see! Atlanta Botanical Garden is in a central location (Piedmont Park area) so it’s convenient for most Atlanta area families to go to.

Garden Lights Holiday Nights is an amazing showcase of holiday lights on display throughout most of the garden.  There’s something for everyone.  Upon entering the Garden’s, visitors are dazzled by dozens of illuminated stars dancing from the canopies of storied hardwood trees.  While strolling through the beautiful holiday lights at Atlanta Botanical Garden stop to enjoy hot chocolate, roast s’mores, and take a few minutes to listen to the live carolers signing classic Christmas songs that every child will recognize and want to sign along to.

Watch this video of 200 show-stopping, color-changing topiary forms choreographed to holiday music on the Great Lawn!  The kids LOVED this!  It was pretty amazing to watch and you couldn’t help but dance a little as you’ll see my 5 year old doing in the video.

Garden Lights, Holiday Nights is the ultimate in-town holiday event for the entire family!

Destined to become an in-town holiday tradition, Garden Lights, Holiday Nights, open nightly from November 19 through January 7, showcases enormousbotanical-inspired light displays throughout the 30-acre Midtown attraction, known for its innovative exhibitions. Unlike other area holiday light displays, this spectacular event allows visitors to meander among garden displays — including giant snowflakes, fleeting bumblebees and a towering “praying Santa mantis” – while sipping hot drinks and listening to strolling carolers.

Tickets are $18.95 for adults; $12.95, children 3-17. Discounted tickets for Garden members are $14.95 adults, $9.95 children 3-17.
