Both adults and children can benefit from nutrition counseling. Health, attention, focus and behavior can easily be improved by making simple diet & nutrition adjustments. Many there is one or more foods which are contributing to adverse symptoms and when they are removed from the diet the symptoms clear up. There may also be a vitamin/mineral deficiency that can easily be identified and supported. We have seen many children's health, digestion, focus, grades, behavior, and attention improved quickly!
